Inert-gas circulation for oxidation control, solvent recovery and energy-efficient drying.
Explore drying, grinding, mixing and auxiliary equipment — from laboratory systems to complete production routes engineered around your material and plant conditions.
Closed-cycle dryers use an inert gas, typically nitrogen, as the drying medium to limit contact between the material and oxygen and help prevent oxidation. The nitrogen is continuously recirculated, while organic solvents released during drying are recovered through condensation or other methods. This approach is suited to materials requiring an oxygen-free or low-oxygen processing environment to protect product quality and manage oxidation or explosion risks.
