Jiangsu Longxin has developed a new-generation ultrafine powder spray dryer specifically for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) materials. Designed to meet strict requirements for particle size, sphericity, and powder morphology, the system enables precise particle size control with typical D50 ranges of 20–30 μm or 5–10 μm. The resulting powder features high sphericity and a dense, solid spherical structure, while the equipment also offers improved drying efficiency, energy utilization, process stability, and automation for LFP battery material production.

Grind lithium iron phosphate (LFP) slurries to fine and nanoscale particle sizes using a high-flow pin-type bead mill. Longxin provides grinding configurations from laboratory formulation development to industrial production, with attention to particle size control, throughput and processing efficiency.

Process battery cathode materials through an integrated wet grinding and spray drying production line. Longxin combines high-flow nano grinding with fine-powder spray drying and automated process control to support continuous production, consistent material processing and flexible manufacturing requirements.

Convert sodium-ion battery material slurries into fine powders using spray drying. Longxin’s system atomizes the feed and rapidly evaporates the liquid, with process conditions selected to control particle size distribution and support powder flowability and purity requirements.
